And not disrespecting others’ efforts through individualism.
Leadership is about being the protective banyan tree for the team,
And not the deceiving rose shrub with the thorns unseen.
Leadership is about responsibly taking all creditable names,
And not some silly, children’s blame game.
Leadership is about being an influencer, not a dictator.
It is about pushing towards the right direction,
Not pulling one down with unachievable expectations.
Leadership is about analysing the strengths and weaknesses,
Not for belittling others but leading them towards successes.
Leadership is about communicating with clarity,
It is accepting every misstep with responsibility.
Leadership is following your passion and achieving your goals,
with strength, compassion and positivity.

UNDER THE SAME SKY
There was a time,
when it was just the two of us.
Sitting under the starry sky,
those hours of watching planes pass by.
Being partners in crime,
while partying all night.
Sitting by the sea shore,
you told me you loved me to the core.
I thought it was just you and me,
but there was more than what I could see.
The way we looked at each other,
my heart always told me there was no other.
The night I saw you with her,
everything around me started to blur,
except you sitting with your hand in hers.
One moment ruined our many years.
That night my world tumbled down,
from the heaven I created in my head.
We no more have our happily ever after,
no more of the happy tears and laughter.
Even though you are not with me now,
I promise I will be happy without you.
Not for you, for myself I bid good bye.
You can be happy, for atleast we are under the same sky.
